University of Idaho Library is looking to hire a Digital Projects Manager to join the Digital Scholarship and Open Strategies unit and the Center for Digital Inquiry and Learning (CDIL). Apply by 07/05/2026 for first consideration.
This position will help support digital collections metadata and digitization, digital scholarship projects, the Library website, and open publishing projects. We do a lot of really interesting things working with CDIL, Special Collections and Archives, and faculty/students across campus. Eventually you will work with spreadsheets (lots of spreadsheets... creating and improving archival description of our digital collection items), scanners, image editing software, publishing software, websites, and text editors—you do not need to know how to do all that now! There is a lot of space to learn in this position—you should be technically curious, have good attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Please apply if you have interest in digital collections, digitized archival materials, websites, and digital publishing, and are excited to learn more—and please share this opportunity with other people you think might be interested.
Location: University of Idaho Library, Moscow, ID
Salary: $17.00 per hour or more depending on experience. Full-time, classified staff with benefits.
