The 2026 NWA Annual Meeting gives us an opportunity to gather, collaborate, and learn from the work of archivists from across our membership. Our 2026 meeting will be held in Tacoma, Washington, also known as Grit City.
The venue will be at the Marriott Tacoma Downtown.

Program advertisement: Virtual, $75, Half page,$100; Full page, $150
Have your organization’s advertisement appear in our conference program, which is printed for distribution at the conference and linked as a PDF on our website.
Break sponsor: $750
Sponsor a meal break, coffee hour, or networking hour in our conference. Your organization will be acknowledged in our program, and your sponsorship of a meal break or social and networking hour will appear in our conference agenda and on conference signage on-site.
Reception sponsor: $1,000 (limited availability)
Sponsor our welcome reception the first night of the conference. Your organization will be acknowledge in our program and at the event. You or a representative of your organization may attend the reception as well to network and meet archivists.
Vendor tables: $500/$250 non-profits
Receive a table in our vendor exhibition hall, which is open all day both days of the conference. You will also be listed in our vendors list in the program and on our website, which can include a link to your website. On average, 200 archival professionals attend these conferences, representing institutions throughout the Northwest and Alaska. If your institution can only table for one day, please reach out to us to discuss a prorated vendor fee.
Other in-kind donations
In-kind donations are welcome. Hosting an event like a tour of your collections or donating AV, catering, printing, or other services are much appreciated! Please contact us to discuss in-kind donations.
Folder-level sponsorship $300
Folder sponsors will be acknowledged on our conference materials with a half page ad and on our website with a logo and name. Folder-level sponsors will receive one free conference registration.
Container-level sponsorship $800 (2 available)
Container sponsors will receive all the benefits of folder sponsors, with an additional free conference registration for a total of two, a full-page ad instead of a half-page ad, an NWA thank you swag bag, and an acknowledgement during the NWA conference.
Series-level sponsorship $1,000 (1 available)
Series-level sponsors will receive all the benefits of container-level sponsors, as well as a vendor table.
